Default [SOLVED] Not all Interfaces found by install script

I am installing Zimbra on a new server with dual nic's
    Box is named mail3

    Code:
    Create Domain: [mail3.dmrcom.com] dmrcom.com
    	MX: mail.dmrcom.com (69.28.108.20)
    	MX: mail3.dmrcom.com (69.28.108.49)
    	MX: mail4.dmrcom.com (69.28.108.51)
    	MX: mail2.dmrcom.com (69.28.108.29)

    	Interface: 192.168.1.2
    	Interface: 127.0.0.1

DNS ERROR - none of the MX records for dmrcom.com

    if I do an ifconfig
    Code:
    eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:30:48:d4:e6:e0
              inet addr:192.168.1.2 Bcast:192.168.1.255 Mask:255.255.255.0

              inet addr:127.0.0.1 Mask:255.0.0.0
              inet6 addr: ::1/128 Scope:Host

              RX bytes:202512 (197.7 KB) TX bytes:202512 (197.7 KB)
So my system sees the network card.
    Code:
    ping 69.28.108.49
    PING 69.28.108.49 (69.28.108.49) 56(84) bytes of data.

    --- 69.28.108.49 ping statistics ---

What do I need to do to get zimbra to see the nic in its setup script?

    Default Not sure but...

Your mask of 255.255.255.254 means you only have 2 IP's available on that sub-net : 69.28.108.48 and 69.28.108.49 . I don't know how you are communicating with the outside world through this NIC as this doesn't leave you any IP for even a default gateway.

The net is not fully configured, It is not using that network for setup and it was not plugged in. dmesg showed that there was a problem with eth1. I did some searches and the problem seemed to be that I did not have a cable plugged into eth1. After grabbing a router and plugging eth1 in I re-ran setup and it worked.
