    Its relay access denied error from POSTFIX you should check main.cf files and include your network in mynetworks .

    cd /opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/main.cf

    mynetworks = 127.0.0.0/8 192.168.1.0/24 172.16.0.0/22
    This is the current config and these IP are where my servers are included.

    So, as per your statement, the mailserver serving alpha@company1.com via IP 159.177.14.5 is trying to connect. But she is barred since his block in not added to the allowed IPs. Is that correct?

    If this is so, if i would build a mail server from another domain and wanted to relay its mail transport via my current server, I shall simply add that new IP block to the "mynetworks" line?

    The sender is attempting to mail somebody on your ZCS server for a domain that does not exist. Do *not* add their network address as you could open yourself up to being a relay.

    If you are behind a firewall on a private LAN you do NOT need to add your external IP address to the mynetworks list.

    Just to reiterate this point, one should NEVER do this when you're on a LAN with a private IP.
