I have Zimbra installed in an Ubuntu Breezy VServer and it's working great.
I'm trying to duplicate that install at home and I'm getting stuck on one problem.
The install went successfully and Zimbra works fine. I can do everything except send or receive e-mails.
These are the log entries that come up;
May 20 21:19:58 mail postfix/smtp: connect to 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]: server dropped connection without sending the initial SMTP greeting (port 10024)
May 20 21:19:58 mail postfix/smtp: 6A0061CAC59: to=, relay=none, delay=-59, status=deferred (connect to 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]: server dropped connection without sending the initial SMTP greeting)
My config files are as Zimbra created them during the install using all defaults.
May 20 21:53:18 mail amavis: DENIED ACCESS from IP 192.168.1.100, policy bank ''
I've searched these forums and the net for answers and it seems that if my box had a public IP it would make things a lot easier as I didn't have this problem at work.
I am behind a firewall and using NAT, so box has local IP, mx record is a public IP. I think I'm on the right track here, but I'm not too sure where to take it.
