I followed the instructions to reset the ClamAV defs. It reports that I am on version 0.95.2 and it recommends 0.95.3. Should I upgrade it?

I am still having the issue reported even after refreshing the ClamAV definitions.

If you upgrade to ZCS 6.0.5 then that will bring in the latest clam release for you.
