    Default I also get this ERROR MSG "server can't find xxxxxx.vn.xxxxxx.vn: SERVFAIL"

    i post thease information to beg anyone can give me a help :

    cat /etc/hosts

    PS. i disable my apparmor and clear the tabs to spaces in "db.xxxxxx.vn"

    You have to set up your bind/DNS correctly, just search the forums for instructions.

    Instead of the bind, can you check the /etc/resolv.conf to be something like this:
    # edit /etc/resolv.conf.
    $ sudo pico /etc/resolv.conf
    mail.domain.com A 192.168.1.65
    mail.domain.com MX 0 mail.domain.com
    domain.com MX 0 mail.domain.com

    This is my resolv.conf :

    # cat /etc/resolv.conf
    domain xxxxxx.vn
    search xxxxxx.vn
    nameserver 222.215.22.172

    but this is like that were acording to other post said , you want me to test this kind ??

    how can i confirm my DNS setting is correctly ??

    i redo thease file to set it up again :
    /etc/resolv.conf
    /etc/bind/db.mail.xxxxxx.vn
    /etc/bind/hosts

    whatelse i have to comvern about ....... ??
    still not working !!

    Please post your BIND config and zone files so we can check them.

    In the afternoon , after researching some posts , finally i according to this one https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BIND9ServerHowto
    to fixed up my issue but thank you everybody give me some guidlines to seek!!
