Default Installing from Centralized to MultiServer

Im using zimbra community 6.02 x64 on Ubuntu 8.04 with all the modules installed on the same server.
I want remove LDAP from this server and install on another server.

Which steps do i need to do?

What is your configuration and what (why), exactly, are you trying to do?

Im going to migrate from Cyrus to zimbra about 14000 mailboxes. So, reading the scenarios about zimbra installations it say its better have ldap and mailboxes on different machines. So, its why i want put ldap in another machine.

In our experience, it's much easier to keep the existing single server as the LDAP master and add new mailbox servers for your additional mailbox needs.

You can always move the mailboxes on the existing single server to one of the new mailbox servers if you want no mailboxes on this LDAP Master.

For that many mailboxes, you will probably want to add one or more dedicated MTA servers too, each of which should be configured as an LDAP replica.

There is a multi-server installation guide which has the details on how to expand an existing single-server installation into a multi-server installation.

    Hope that helps,
    Mark
