Default [SOLVED] problem upgrade 5.0.9 to 6.0.4 network edition

Hi guys, i got an issue after doing an upgrade, i run all the upgrade script on a zimbra 5.0.9 network edition installed on a red hat 5.1 to zimbra 6.0.4 network, everything went smooth and with no problems, but when my users stars using the web mail they got surprises on search feature, when they do an advanced search seems like nothing apears, well my first though was to reindex their mailboxes, and i did so it becomes better but not wrigth, i tried several searches and havent got the same results as i used to, my mails are still there but i got to look for them manualy, some mails apears on the search and some others don't,

it seems like a bug, but not sure, is there a way to re index or regenerate all searches? any idea?

Why didn't you upgrade to 6.0.5? If these are large mailboxes the re-index will take some time, did you wait for the re-index to finish before searching?
    Regards

thanks for you response, well i didn't use 6.0.5 because when i did the upgrade it was only the 6.0.4 version, it was a time ago, i'm trying with 6.0.5 today.

i did wait until it finished, since i did it on the admin console, i got the message wich indicates that the index was finished.

I finally got the error, i look on other threads and found out that some times convertd is not enabled by deafault on upgrades, that's why i haven't got the whole result, here is how i fix it:

First check if it's installed and enabled:

    su - zimbra
zmprov gs `zmhostname` | grep zimbraServiceInstalled
zmprov gs `zmhostname` | grep zimbraServiceEnabled

    then enable it

    su - zimbra
    zmprov ms `zmhostname` -- +zimbraServiceEnabled convertd
    zmconvertctl start

then index the mailboxes and got my searches back
