We have a situation where a customer has >25 staff, but they have configured various "role" accounts, such as "reception@", or "sales@" which are in turn shared by the staff.
The issue is that combined they have more than 25 accounts in total, even though the Role accs are essentially shared folders.
Reading the Licensing agreements for Professional it does not look like any provision is made for this scenario?
ie, the document mentions "users", but does not specify how these equate to mailboxes.
Competing mail systems, offer essentially pop or webmail only accounts for this purpose, which can then be shared by actual flesh and blood users, but is that possible in the Professional edition?
