To be honest its not a small install and detailing everything and every analysis of what you need is little bit out of scope of these forums which we manage on our free time.
Yes I agree, all that required is described in the given link.
If we were implementing the solution for a constant no of users , we would have followed the link, but iIn our company around 100 employee join and 50 leave in a week , so it will be hard to add and remove all these users.
Hope you will suggest another solution...
That's an administrative task that is the responsibility of your Admin. You should read the product documentation about Bulk Provisioning and search the forums for some scripts to add/remove users with 'zmprov'.
