    Cool Installing on Hosted site?

The company I work for uses Zimbra and I love it, and would like to use it personally on my own site as well.

My site is hosted with Midphase and was curious how to go about installing the Open Source app on a hosted domain?

Any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated!

I'd suggest a read of the Quick Start Installation Guide would be a good place to start, that also includes system requirements. You can then give some details on what operating system is on your hosted site and whether it has any other server (particularly a web server) or control panels installed. You'll see that Zimbra requires a complete server without any other services installed, is that what you have?
    Regards

    Thanks for your quick reply.

    System specs:
linux version: CentOS release 5.5 (Final)
    php version: php 5.1.6
    mysql version: server version: 5.1.51
apache version: Server version: Apache/2.2.17 (Unix)

My domain is accessed through Cpanel. You have advised that Zimbra required a complete server; since my domain is on shared hosted, it's probably not an option for me then.

yes, you are not advised to install Zimbra in a shared environment, especially in a cPanel Web server.

I'd recommend you don't install Zimbra on that server.
