    Default [SOLVED] Global quarantine for spam

    Hello,

    Today, Zimbra offers by default a per-use Spam folder which gets to receive spam and from which users can recover false positives.

    For various non-technicall (i.e. political) reasons, we would like to have a global quarantine folder for spam and not let spam goes to each user's Spam folder so a team of local admins can periodically check this global quarantine folder and release false positives.

    Is there an oficially supported way to accompilsh that using Zimbra ? For this case, we are using Zimbra Network Edition version 7.1.1 under Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.6.

    I figured out how to make spam not go to each user's Spam folder and instead go to my quarantine account. It's working like this already.

    The only problem now is that all the spam sent to our quarantine account is being put in this account's Spam folder and not into this account's INBOX.

    I've been trying to find out a way to disable this filter but I can't seem to find where it's being defined. Any ideas ?

    Hello again,

    I don't know if there's a supported way to do it, but I got what I wanted by using :

    # su - zimbra
    $ zmprov ma zimbraSpamApplyUserFilters TRUE

    And then, using Zimbra UI, creating in the quaratine account a filter which keeps messages which features the "X-Spam-Flag" header wiith the "YES" value at the inbox folder.
