Okay, silly question time. openSUSE 10 is supported for the network edition. Will this work for openSUSE 10.1? I have spent the weekend (so far) trying to install the network edition on openSUSE 10.1 without success. It seemed resonable that 10 -> 10.1 would be likely to work since it is only a very small incremental change....The OS's we currently support are:
Mac OSX (.dmg) PPC
Mac OSX (.dmg) INTEL
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 (.tgz) 32 Bit
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 (.tgz) 64 Bit
openSUSE 10 (.tgz)
SUSE ES9 (.tgz)
During install, zimbra says the platform is UNKNOWN.... Hmmm...first clue! I proceeded anyway, fixed the /etc/sudoers permission problem but still the install fails. Install fails while trying to (re)build the crontab. "no crontab for zimbra Rebuilding backup cron" and then "ERROR Schedule specification required".
So, do I need to download openSUSE 10.0 instead of 10.1?
