Did you replace /opt/zimbra with your backup?

I have to say that you put your backup in a strange directory. I guess you put it inside /opt/zimbra which makes things very complicated.

no I put this directly on a map under the root not on /opt/zimbra.
What is best to put under the /opt/zimbra or in a free map?

Sorry I mentioned this. Not important. Did you move your backup?

I'm a CentOS user so be creative when using directory names :-)

    When you're move is done:
    # mkdir /temp/zimbra_org/
    # mv /opt/zimbra/* /temp/zimbra_org/
    # mv ~/temp/zimbra.bak/zimbra/* /opt/zimbra/

Install Zimbra again but now as upgrade
    Fixed
