I installed a zimbra server as a secondary and a postfix server as a primary mta using fop.unicamp.br as a single domain. First I tried to configure zimbra to forward all messages of recipients that aren't hosted on zimbra secondary to primary mta. However, when a zimbra userI send a message to a recipient on Internet (eg user@yahoo) the connection is refused, like the zimbra server log below:
Jul 17 05:48:51 zimbra postfix/smtp: A02D941B832C: to=, relay=none, delay=55115, delays=55115/0.01/0/0, dsn=4.4.1, status=deferred (connect to fop.unicamp.br[126.96.36.199]:25: Connection refused)
Jul 17 06:53:52 zimbra postfix/smtp: 057E941B832A: to=, relay=none, delay=59218, delays=59218/0.02/0/0, dsn=4.4.1, status=deferred (connect to fop.unicamp.br[188.8.131.52]:25: Connection refused)
Jul 17 06:53:52 zimbra postfix/smtp: DC85141B8329: to=, relay=none, delay=59321, delays=59321/0.01/0/0, dsn=4.4.1, status=deferred (connect to fop.unicamp.br[184.108.40.206]:25: Connection refused)
Jul 17 06:58:51 zimbra postfix/smtp: 2C8BA41B832B: to=, relay=none, delay=59358, delays=59358/0.02/0/0, dsn=4.4.1, status=deferred (connect to fop.unicamp.br[220.127.116.11]:25: Connection refused)
I hoped that in the field "(fop.unicamp.br connect to [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]: 25" were showed the IP address of the primary server (postfix) to which the messages are being sent. However, note that IPs 18.104.22.168, 22.214.171.124, 126.96.36.199, 188.8.131.52 not belong to the primary MTA and were not set on any cinfiguration file on any mail server. The IPs above also are not mail servers. These IPs are DNS servers my network.
Anyone know what's going on?
The set the forwarding using the follow comands on zimbra secondary:
Where "smtp.fop.unicamp.br" is a alias to primary mta.
# zmprov md fop.unicamp.br zimbraMailCatchAllAddress @fop.unicamp.br
# zmprov md fop.unicamp.br zimbraMailCatchAllForwardingAddress @fop.unicamp.br
# zmprov md fop.unicamp.br zimbraMailTransport smtp:smtp.fop.unicamp.br
# zmprov mcf zimbraMtaRelayHost fop.unicamp.br
# zmprov mcf zimbraMtaDnsLookupsEnabled FALSE
# postfix stop
# postfix start
On the postfix primary MTA I set this line in the main.cf file:
Where 184.108.40.206 is the network of primary MTA server and 220.127.116.11 is the network of the secondary.
mynetworks = 18.104.22.168/24, 22.214.171.124/24
I'm grateful for any help.
