Default Zimbra installation on godaddy virtual dedicated server

Hi, I am planning to install the Zimbra OSE v8 on a godaddy virtual dedicated server running Centos 6.

I am completely new to this. After some searches I found this link :Zimbra Collaboration Suite Open Source Edition On CentOS | HowtoForge - Linux Howtos and Tutorials

Has anyone done this on a godaddy server?

Do I need to do anything differently from the guide on

Are there any special issues that I need to think about?

    Is there any othere guide?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

This is the error I get when I tried to install zimbra on the godaddy VPS.

/usr/bin/perl: symbol lookup error: /opt/zimbra/zimbramon/lib/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/auto/IO/ undefined symbol: Perl_Istack_sp_ptr
    Any ideas any one?

Thanks al lot for the help.

A VPS is not a supported platform for Zimbra but you may get it working, you need to make sure it has enough RAM (real not burst) and you can check the requirements in the ZCS documentation. You most likely have a configuration error, check some of these threads (from a forum searrch): +"Perl_Istack_sp_ptr" - Yahoo! Search Results
