Okay, simply modifying /etc/hosts isn't sufficient. It's also not good enough to provide an MX record for the host. It still fails to start LDAP during the installation. In the zmsetup.log, there's this:

ldap_url and ldap_master_url cannot be the same on an ldap replica

Isn't that the main problem? Why does that happen? Or is that normal? What does it mean with that? Ldap master host and hostname are different systems.

    I'm attaching a log of what I entered in install.sh: zcs-xx6.install-sh-log.safe.2013-05-14.txt
    And also the zmsetup.log: zmsetup.05142013-114517.safe.log

Exact same issue as before. It is unable to start LDAP on your server:

Starting LDAP on zcs-xx6.COMPANY.ch...Error: Unable to start ldap, exiting.
    Resetting ldap_url on zcs-xx6.COMPANY.ch...done
    Tue May 14 11:57:56 2013 failed.

thus the ldap_url gets reset, and then later generates the other error you see.

I do see one other troubling bit in your zmsetup.log:

    ** Importing CA /opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/ca/ca.pem into CACERTS...done.
    ** Copying CA to /opt/zimbra/conf/ca...done.
    unable to load certificate
    139783842195112:error:0906D06C:PEM routines:PEM_read_bio:no start lineem_lib.c:696:Expecting: TRUSTED CERTIFICATE

The slapd server of course requires valid certs be installed as well.

Unfortunately, there is no other output in zmsetup.log that gives finer detail into why it is failing to start LDAP initially. I can say that all my servers run ubuntu10, and I have installed 6.0.15 numerous times in master/replica configurations, without issue. So there is something specific to your environment/setup that is causing the failure. Without further detail into why it is failing to start, I can't give any additional guidance. You could modify zmsetup.pl of course to allow further detail as to why ldap is failing to start to be logged.

Also, before you do another installation on this box..

Make sure it is fully uninstalled:
    Code:
     ./install.sh -u
     rm -rf /opt/zimbra
Next, delete the entry for this server from the LDAP master:

    Code:
    zmprov -m -l ds zcs-xx6.COMPANY.ch
    Then start the new installation.
