    java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
    There's your error. Tomcat's out of memory.

    You should search for forums on increasing the memory heap for tomcat.

    Before I had followed the advised as posted here from step 5, but only increased as suggested by 50, should I use bigger value?

    Yeah.
    How much RAM do you have? That may be the problem.

    Increasing the memory by 80 solved the problem.

    zmlocalconfig -e tomcat_java_heap_memory_percent="80"
