docu management feature related questions
Dear ZImbra Team,
One of our reseller's potential customer has certain demands choosing their document management solution.
These are the features they're looking for:
- version tracking of documents
- possibility of version approval by supervisor, before saving
- managing digital signatures
- support of MS Exchange as mailserver (they don't intend to leave it for Zimbra mailserver)
- supervisor approved email sending (only if the manager allows the mail to be sent)
- if this is possible, the digital signature of both the sender employee and it's manager should be supported and sent along
Does the document management of Zimbra support all these. Pls. advise!
