Exclamation install problems on mac 10.4.8 x386

I have been trying to get zimbra going for the past 3 day's with no luck.
I have searched the forums for the problems and tried everything I could find, nothing works for fixing my problem. It keeps dying at trying to bind to the ldap.

    Initializing ldap...Started slapd: pid 6243
    ldap_bind: Can't contact LDAP server (-1)
    ldap_bind: Can't contact LDAP server (-1)
    ldap_bind: Can't contact LDAP server (-1)
    FAILED (2)

This is a brand new dual-core MacMini with 1gb ram.

    Here is my config.

Make sure your firewall is off, and check your hosts file.

According to this report you don't have correct DNS records pointing to that server.

    Default update

Firewall is off and this is the host file:

    ##
    # Host Database
    #
    # localhost is used to configure the loopback interface
    # when the system is booting. Do not change this entry.
    ##
    127.0.0.1 localhost
    255.255.255.255 broadcasthost
    ::1 localhost

This server is set up in a lab before deploying to the client. The lab is setup with the routers, pix firewalls and a dns server. this is the results from dig:

    mailsrv:/Users/admin root# dig galenetwork.com any

Your hosts file is incorrect, have a look at teh Quick Start Guide or search the forums for details of the correct format.
