The first part of your post tells you the error:
DNS ERROR - none of the MX records for brittain.com
    resolve to this host
Your MX record isn't pointing to that hostname. What does 'dig brittain.com mx' return?

Your /etc/hosts file is also incorrect, it should be:
    Code:
    127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
    192.168.1.200 mail.brittain.com mail
[EDIT] It would be an idea to post your problem in one thread and not slightly different questions in two places.

Sorry, I tried to edit my first post with the changes to my /etc/hosts file. Seems like the whole post was maybe removed? Or flagged as spam?

No, I removed it as a duplicate of this post.

Well, you seem to be pulling DNS information from a different DNS server than your local one. What does your resolve.conf show?

You only need the local nameserver, if it can't find the address locally it should forward the request.
