    Smile External Email Caching

I will have two Zimbra servers online within the next couple of weeks.

In the event of server failure, what is the best way to secure incoming mail? Some ISPís offer email caching. When the email server is functional again, all incoming mail is transferred.

Do you know of any companies offering this service? Also, if we have two servers, do you suggest configuring caching on our second server?

This will protect us in the event of server failure, but not datacenter failure. The datacenter uptime is supposed to be very good, so Iím not too concerned Ė just paranoid.

We use two MTAs in different data centers. So you just have a primary and then use the other as a backup in case of failure. Two separate Mx records obviously so upstream MTAs can find your backup.
