I finally figured out what causing the port conflicts..after disabling them, I restart the server and do the clean install of Zimbra.
This time, there are no conflict ports detected, but this error shows up:
    Code:
Initializing Documents...failed to initialize documents...see logfile for details.
And I still can't access the admin console via the web browser , I thought everything will be running fine after I done the clean install ...

When I run su - zimbra, and use the zmcontrol start command, this is the result:-
    Code:
    Starting logger...Done.
            Starting mailbox...Done.
            Starting antispam...Done.
            Starting antivirus...Done.
            Starting snmp...FAILED

            Starting spell...Done.
            Starting mta...Done.
    zmcontrol status:-
    Code:
    antispam Running
            antivirus Running
            ldap Running
            logger Stopped
                    logmysql.server is not running
            mailbox Stopped
                    mysql.server is not running
                    tomcat is not running
            mta Running
            snmp Running
            spell Running
Any clues? I've disabled the firewall and also SELinux before I install zimbra.
    Help T_T...

    Thanks in advance!

    We need the logs:
    /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log
    /opt/zimbra/tomcat/logs/catalina.out

PS- If we miss this thread, PM me or mmorse or any other mod to bring our attention to it.

    Something's wrong with mysql. . .
    Take a look at /opt/zimbra/db/data/(hostname).err

Also, how large is that file?
