Default Installing without MySql and LDAP

I am certain this question has been asked before, so if anyone can locate the thread please post it back.

I haven't installed the evaluation as of yet. We already have a MySql server and openLDAP server, and was wondering if Zimbra could be installed without these options, and configured to point to the servers we already have online?

    thanks in advance

I wouldn't suggest personally spending your time on this - Zimbra uses a very custom openldap -you would have to do some serious modification...and good luck with upgardes...
Stick with just authentication to that external ldap server you have

What about using an existing MySql server on a different server?

Do you mean for ZImbra? The answer is still no, Zimbra is a complete package and isn't meant to be split into components.

Make that into a link and people can find it easily.
