    Default Login Page Skins

Is there any way to edit or add to the login page html/js?

The reason I ask is because my employer has sitewide navigation elements that we would like to add to the top of the login page -- particularly so that people who log out are not left at a dead end.

The html files added to a skin seem to only affect the Zimbra html once you have logged in (e.g. the main application UI).

If it is not easy or advisable to make a change like this, I won't attempt it... though in that case I would lodge a request to improve the skinnability of the login page!

Details for customising themes is in the wiki, there are restrictions on removing or modifying the Zimbra logo in the OSS version.

Yes, I've read the wiki entry, but as far as I can tell it does not cover anything regarding the login page html/js.

We are running the paidfor version, and in any case what I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to put a banner across the top of the page -- not necessarily changing the Zimbra logo.

    Hi mbryan,
Please open a support case for this.

You are correct that the wiki article doesn't cover the login page, so you should contact support for more information.

I'm sorry I meant for the login page. As long as we leave the Zimbra logos in place for the open source version, can we add our company logo and make some other changes to it?

You had said to contact a support person for the login information since the wiki article is not for the login page.
