After evaluating Zimbra NE Standard and deciding to buy it, we have gone through with invoicing process.
On trying to install the new license emailed from the support portal, I get the message:
$ zmlicense -i /tmp/ZCSLicense.xml
Error: exception occurred: can't change install type from trial to trial
This is how I realized that the new license also was a trial license. I made sure that the license file is owned by Zimbra user and group and has rw permissions.
There is a case opened for this by the sales rep, but no comments available on the case since Jun 26, 2007.
What is the typical response time for the paid version?
Any help is appreciated.
