    Default Starting mysql, then death

    So after successfully upgraded master ldap, i try to upgrade a store server in a multi-server architecture.

    Here is the last line of log:

    zimbra_server_hostname not in ldap_url not starting slapd
    Getting enabled services from ldap
    Marking zimbra-apache as installed. Services for zimbra-apache will be enabled.
    checking isEnabled zimbra-store
    zimbra-store is enabled
    checking isEnabled zimbra-ldap
    zimbra-ldap not in enabled cache
    enabled packages zimbra-apache zimbra-store zimbra-cluster zimbra-mta zimbra-snmp zimbra-core zimbra-spell
    zimbra_server_hostname not in ldap_url not starting slapd

    zimbra-store is enabled

    Stopping zimbra services
    Verifying /opt/zimbra/conf/my.cnf
    Starting mysql
    UPGRADE FAILED - exiting

    nothing more nothing less.
    Why upgrade failed is not known, using the log created in /tmp.
    where find anything more ?

    Default check that everything is stopped

    i fear that many zimbra daemons were not stopped during upgrade process: using ps i can see many amavisd, mysqld and java processes running.

    Default killall mysqld

    i restarted upgrade from 4.5.10 to 5.0.4/
    it hungs again during starting mysql
    as expected a killlall mysqld let it go on
    -m
