Default imapsync with authuser on Domino

Anybody could help me using imapsync the proper way?

I am not sure if I use it 100% the right way - but I'd love to read from the Domino source using the 'authuser' option:

    Code:
    /usr/bin/imapsync --subscribe --syncinternaldates --host1 192.168.111.252 \
    --user1 cyril.h --authuser1 frank.h --password1 /tmp/TAHDGRTE --authmech1 PLAIN \
    --port1 143 --host2 localhost --user2 temp \
    --authuser2 frank.hirsch --password2 /tmp/UYMGLFG --port2 143 --debug
Currently the only 'authmech1' working on the Domino side is PLAIN. But - using plain will always return the folders etc. of 'authuser1' (not 'user1')...

Same problem here. Have you found a solution, yet?

Nope. The most stable way I found, was to use Outlook to read the messages into a pst file (using IMAP) and migrate using the Outlook tool. The Domino migration tool only worked fine for addresses and calendars...

Of course it would have been nicer not having to know all the user passwords :-(

Well, yes. That should have been done by the authuser... as "authuser1" having the right to read mails from "user1"!
There is a migration tool from Zimbra that should do exactly the same. But it has not proofed to work stable for me.

For Outlook I need all the user passwords. That's the bad thing about it...
