Migrating from Exchange 2003 with swedish Locale.
We've recently migrated a customer from running their own Exchange 2003 server to our Zimbra 5.10 Network Edition. We migrated the mail exporting with Exmerge to .pst files and imported them with the ZCSpstImporter. It was fairly smooth and everything seemed to have been exported well.
However, both Outlook and Zimbra Web Client are incapable of properly displaying swedish special characters like едц. They are either skipped completely or a whitespace is inserted in front of them. This seem to only apply to messages in HTML form. When I edit a message in the store the <text/plain> part displays correctly but whatever is in the <text/html> part has not been imported correctly. This message for example is incorrect. There's just a few special characters in the body of the message.

Zimbra is running on Ubuntu LTS 8.04 with locale en_US.UTF-8.
Most email messages will be in iso-8859-1 format.
Should we change server locale before trying to import more messages, what is the recommended way of matching locales?
I'm kind of understanding that we need to import everything again but I want to make sure that the we outcome will be correct this time. Any suggestion would be helpful.
