We have a open source edition and we want to upgrade to network edition. Can we perform an upgrade on our open source server or do we have to install a new network edition server instead?
If we have to install a new network edition instead of upgrading. How do we migrate all the accounts over to the new server since open source do not have a backup and restore function?
btw, as network edition is charge base on number of accounts, for outgoing staffs leaving our organization, is there a way to archive their account? Will Zimbra still charge us for these archived or inactive accounts?
What about Zimbra Archiving and Discovery module? Do we need an active account for ZAD to works? Or can we archive them into ZAD and remove these inactive accounts from Zimbra.
