I have a new ZCS/OSE server to install. My client is currently using Microsoft Office Live Small Business. As you might be aware, they make it very easy to get in but it's almost impossible to get out.
You literally have to cancel the service with MS, get domain keys, unlock the domain, add DNS records for your new ZCS server, then get all users connected to Zimbra.
But, by that time, you've been forced to cut your ties with MS and you've lost all of your emails. This is not a very attractive proposition.
Q: Does anyone know of an elegant migration solution for taking users FROM MS Office Live Small Business TO Zimbra?
