    Default exchange migration

    Hi,

    when we import data through migration wizard. following error is coming

    Unknown error! Message: Import queue is empty Error code: bulkprovision.EMPTY_IMPORT_QUEUE Method: [unknown]
    Details:soap:Sender

    can u help us.


    Any update on this ? Bulk provisioning is very important to us since we need to create few thousand students id..

    i am having the same issue... Anyone have any ideas??

    Release 7.1.1_GA_3196.RHEL5_64_20110527011124 CentOS5_64 FOSS edition

    Migrating from an openwebmail server. dovecot is running on the legacy server and nmap shows the ports are open in both directions.

    I know it's an old topic, but i think I have the solution that might help someone in the future.

    I tried to import messages from an external IMAP account using the web admin wizard. Had the same problem as posted above, " bulkprovision.EMPTY_IMPORT_QUEUE" and so on.

    Finally what helped in my case, was to go to web console home page > Tools and migration > Account migration and delete all completed tasks from the list. Only then I was able to import messages from IMAP.
