Default problem after upgrade from 7.1 to 7.2

I have hit a problem with upgrading from 7.1 to 7.2 OSS on CentOS 5.8 box.
Everything during the upgrade was gone smoothly. And the check the zmcontrol status, everything runs,.
But when I check the web GUI, I am hitting a 500 internal server Error

I have check again in CLI, every service is running. And 25 port and 80 port ok

Can anyone give me hand on this Urgently!

    many thanks

    Default Problem solve

the problem may have been caused by the seat Guest OS on the VM.
it was running very slow because the IO issues.
I have tested install clean version both 7.1.0 and 7.2.0 works ok
So please help mark it solve then

But I found the forums respond time is not as good as before.
