Default Migration Wizard Crashes When Importing Resource

I would assume that this is supported, but no idea for sure. I'm attempting to import a resources calendar into the new Zimbra resource mailbox. The 2 resources that need to be imported are assigned to an admin user (the user has their personal mailbox plus 2 more). Whenever I select either of the 2 resource mailboxes, the migration wizard crashes right away. If I select the "real" users mailbox, the wizard will continue. Nothing is logged in the migration logs except for the wizard version. I did get the attached error report from drwatson though.

BTW, I'm running ZCS 4.5.5GA with migration wizard 4.5.5GA 881.

    Hi
    Well this stuck out:
    Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify checksum for \\debianis\client$\software\Zimbra\ZCSMigWiz-4.5.5_GA_881.exe
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for \\debianis\client$\software\Zimbra\ZCSMigWiz-4.5.5_GA_881.exe
Can you run the migration wizard locally and see if it works?

    Hi,

Tested the following scenario's using ZCSMigWiz-5.0.0_BETA1_850

Steps common for all the cases.
    1. Created an exchange account and Imported the PST with calendar data.
    2. Imported the above account on Zimbra using the above migrator.
    3. Migration successful without any errors.
    4. Login in to the web client.
    5. All calendar data displayed.

    Case 1:-
Normal exchange user migrated to Zimbra (new account)
    Result :Pass

    Case 2:-
Exchange resource migrated to Zimbra (new account)
    Result :Pass

    Case 3:-
Exchange resource migrated to Zimbra already existing resource.
    Result :Pass

Resource Mailboxes in Exchange 2000 were created as described in Creating Resource Mailboxes in Exchange 2000

Can you provide more information on the setup you have at your end.

    Thanks,

    Regards,
    Manish

The only difference between your test setup and ours is that we're running Exchange 5.5 at the moment. The only thing that I don't know was done is if the single NT account that you select with the migration wizard has multiple mailboxes assigned to it. Ex:

    NT ID - user1

    Mailboxes:
    user1 (personal mailbox)
    resource1
    resource2
    resource3
    ...etc...

Importing user1 works fine, but if I select any of the resource users as the mailbox to import, it crashes.

    Hi,

We are able to migrate a Exchange 5.5 resource mailbox attached to a user mailbox to a 'Zimbra resource'. The migrator was run on a separate machine having OL 2003.

Bug 17370 has been logged to generate core dump before the migration starts. Investigating the core dump will reveal the exact problem. (Bug 17370 - Exchange/Domino/GW Migrators should generate core dump on all unhandled exceptions)

    Regards,
    Manish
