I did a quick Google and found this website:
iOS 4 Issues and Bugs - Page 6 - TiPb iPhone, iPad, iPod Forums

My phone was doing the same after the iOS4 update, so changed the 'Sync' setting to 'Events 6 Months Back' instead of All Events and it's now working ok!

Still not working, it says 4 calendars selected but only my main Calendar shows in the Calendar. I have tried the 'Events 6 months back' I have also done a clean install of ios4 and still not working.

How did you downgrade? Still at the moment on ios4 and it is doing my tree in not being able to see all my shared calendars etc. Can you downgrade using iTunes?

Worked out how to downgraded to 3.1.3 and all the calendars are back as well, must be a problem with ios4 and multiple shared calendars with Zimbra. How do you raise a bug report?

Here you can report a bug to Zimbra:
    Bugzilla Main Page - Zimbra

But maybe you should report this to Apple as well:

My collegue had a similar proplem with shared calendars on his iPhone (using CALdav) and he found out that in ZWC if he changed the name of a shared calendar from Zimbra's default name ('John Doe's Calendar') to a name without any spaces or special characters (e.g: 'JohnDoe') the calendar would promptly show up on his iPhone.

Don't know if it solves your problem, but you could give it a try (and if possible post your findings, since I want to report this as a bug)

I'll keep an eye on this topic since I can't test this anymore. I'm running iPhone OS 3.1.3 again.

We've had the same experience here: it looks like eliminating spaces in the calendar names is the fix for getting calendars to work correctly in iOS4.
