    Default Zimbra 7 does not sync new Android Tablet


    We have a problem with one or two Android Tablets that are brand new, never synced with Zimbra before, but when we do, it says complete but nothing gets synced. We have over 400 mobile devices syncing without a problem, but it seems to be new devices that dont sync.

    Has anyone had a similar issue with mobile sync?? The sync.log doesnt log anything :-(

    Sorry, I can't provide any data, but if you please, could you put your Zimbra version in your profile? Please see my signature for instructions.

    Also, if you could post the exact tablet models and/or (at least) the OS versions, that would be helpful. Thanks.

    You might want to open a bugzilla report for this. If you do, please post the bug # here.

    Finally, assuming you're syncing via Activesync, you must have Network Edition and therefore you could open a support ticket for the problem.
