    Default Windows Phone 8 and attachments

    Hi,

    I'm using an HTC Phone 8X (Windows Phone 8) with Zimbra via Active Sync.
    Works - except for problems with "german Umlauts" - so far.
    Unfortunately, attachments cannot be downloaded.
    Is this a known problem - maybe a fix exists?

    You'll find the answer to that in bugzilla (or by raising a support case), if you don't find anything then please file a report.

    Searching for "Windows Phone 8" in Bugzilla gives exactly one result:

    Yes, network edition (the small one with 15 clients).
    How can I raise a support case? Everything here is pretty complicated for a newbie, please help.

    You can't, I believe the version you have doesn't include Support.
