Zimbra Mobile and Spam
Hello it's me again, new problem that i've been searching on the web without info.
Zimbra 8.0.0 : Network Edition
Back when we first installed it we got some problems with Spam, we enhanced the spam filter and asked all our users to do add this email as spam.
Our Users have Office 2003-2007-2010. For the PC all is fine, no more spam and all.
But some users are getting spams on their mobile devices, Iphones, Ipad, Blackberry and Android.
All of them are connected thew active sync. A user tells me that he receives like 100 spams per night on his iPhone and those spam are not in his outlook box.
How can I fix this?
P.S Of course his iphone and his Outlook is connected to the same ID email@example.com
If you login to his mailbox using the Web Client, are there spam there?
Maybe he has another mail account on his phone?
If he logs on his webclient the Spam is in his junk folder but on his Iphone it's in his inbox folder.
And he has 2 account on his iphone and every spam is directed to his zimbra account
