We upgraded to 7.2.6 this past weekend. Since the upgrade, for users that have a persona, an iphone using ActiveSync, and the ability to send email from another email address enabled, I'm seeing some iphones using the From address of a persona instead of the person's actual email address.
When this happens, we haven't been able to find any way to get the phone to use the account's real email address other than deleting the persona. Does anyone have a workaround for the problem?
I've started a ticket but haven't heard back from support yet.
