For any domain you host the mails for, you should have a secondary MX. This way, if the primay MX is down (internet access goes down, you're hosting at home) the mails that are sent to the domains will be accepted and stored on the secondary MX. I just got a reply from my ISP that PTR record can include multiple domains. I don't think so. If they put several FQDN on a single PTR, DNS will round-robin between them. They did it and it works. Nope. They actually did it, if you use nslookup or dig or an online resolver, you'll get all four PTR...

You should read documentation (wiki) and make your own backups if you don't have the right version (Network Edition or OpenSource Edition + ZeXtras).

Looks like the LDAP database is in bad shape, you should restore a backup/dump.
