Re: Ajax web interface issue, all browsers

You might want to re-apply P3. They released it with an (unneeded) patch for Chrome (beta) that breaks Firefox. So they re-released it (the day after IIRC) with the fix, without changing its name (it's still P3, not P4 nor P3b). If you installed the first P3, you should re-download it and re-apply it.

Re: Email Relay Per Domain

Hi. You can not do this directly in ZCS through CLI or WebUI, it's been a RFE for years. You can do it in ZCS' postfix but you'll have to do it by hand and it won't survive updates. What I've done (and I'm not alone) is to create an outgoing relay (a tiny VM/VPS is enough) running postfix. I set up ...

Re: Chrome 73 Public Statement

It seems the last beta of Chrome 73 changed a bit and doesn't need the patch anymore (see blog post's comments).
In other words, current beta of Chrome 73 is able to render correctly ZWC 8.6 and above.

Re: .zdb file size limit in Outlook with ZCO; any workarounds?

IIRC, this is an Outlook limit (same goes for PST/OST), not ZCO/ZDB. This can be changed through registry. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/982577/the-file-size-limits-of-pst-and-ost-files-are-larger-in-outlook-2010-a However, I'm not sure this is a good idea (considering how Outlook behaves...

Re: Sizing of innodb_buffer_pool_size

Hello Mark, I'm not really worrying about this. Let me try to explain how I came to this. I'm talking about a multi-servers setup, with SAN storage (no object storage). So each mailbox server as a dedicated storage (primary and secondary). As the mailboxes grow, they end up filling the dedicated sto...

Re: Sizing of innodb_buffer_pool_size

I did some test on a live server.
137 accounts, about 600 GB live data (store + index + DB + HSM).

Before
7.8G /opt/zimbra/db/data/
After
5.1G /opt/zimbra/db/data/

Re: Sizing of innodb_buffer_pool_size

Funny, I was looking at strange disk usage today... Here's the "official" wiki page on this: https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/DB_not_releasing_disk_space_after_deleting_data You definitively need to OPTIMIZE the tables, ZCS won't do it for you (it checks and repairs the tables weekly but that'...

Re: Is anyone using an anti-spam gateway service?

We're using a mix of solutions, depending on the end-customers.

Either internal MailCleaner appliances (Community version) or SpamExperts hosted services.
