sent filter that works for external mail clients

Hi

I like to configure a send filter in zimbra that works for external email clients which are using smtp submission port for sending emails.
The normal weblclient send filter does not work for this usage.

The story behind, is that all users like to have one shared send folder.

Thanks Manuel

Re: html emails are broken

This is because new default chrome security settings. Mixing https and http is a security risk and should blocked by the browser. https://security.googleblog.com/2019/10/no-more-mixed-messages-about-https_3.html So there is no way for zimbra to fix this... the emails are just broken... by design... ...

Re: Moving email between 2 mailboxes

yes I did that to, but then all coloring get lost. I thought of something like chown of the objects. command with zmmailbox or a mysql update ... and moving the files to another folder in the datastore .... Would IMAPSync be a viable method? https://imapsync.lamiral.info/ We use it to routinely arch...

Re: Moving email between 2 mailboxes

Hi rsilveira1987

yes, I just thought it would be nice, to not move gigabytes of data just because I need to change a access right on some folders and mails ...

rsilveira1987 wrote:Hi guys,
have you tried to export/import your user data using Zimbra Web Client? This also seems to work using Zimbra API.
Cheers
