Older Upgrade Scripts?

I still have the very first release of Zimbra. How can I upgrade to the latest. The M1->M2 scripts says it can't determine the ZCS version that is currently installed.

The problem was my old Samsung DVD ROM. It is faulty. After disconnecting it everything went well. Thanks for all the help.

There are no bad disk errors messages in log files and I have fsck -f /dev/hda3 and there was no change. The problem seems to be extensive because most of the system daemons fail to start. There was no change in the network, actually all this happened while I was out of the country, unless if there was a hacking of some sort.
