Other than the fact your domain name points to your IP address there are no other records that would apply to a mail server and therefore you will not receive any mail from the internet.

I don't know where you host your dns records but there is nothing shown on the test results at this site: https://www.ultratools.com/tools/dnsLookup - check it yourself. I'm assuming you've posted the correct name?

How can you expect anyone to help when you've actually given no information about the problem other than 'it's not working'?

Re: CVE-2019-9670 being actively exploited

In fact, this exploit even warranted an e-mail to the entire forum user base, if you ask me. I wholeheartedly agree with you but, as I've said many times, Synacor seem to have very little interest in engaging with the community on these forums. I'd go so far as to say that their attitude verges on ...

Re: Zimbra spam block

Then you should do some research in the log files and search the forums for details of what to look for and how to fix the problem. BTW, you ZCS version is rather old and you should consider moving to the most recent version.

Re: Zimbra spam block

The simple answer is no, there isn't. My questions would be, why is your antispam and antivirus systems down and why would you think ZCS could block spam with those services not running?

Does it require a valid authenticated user to happen?
The second and third posts in this thread have some links in them that give you descriptions of this exploit, you should read them.

Re: proxy - unknown directive "zmauth_zx"

You do realise the Ubuntu 18.04 is 'beta' as far as ZCS is concerned, don't you? What changes, if any, did you make to the server before the reboot? An internet search throws up these two articles, see if they help: https://www.startpage.com/do/dsearch?query=%2B%22zmauth_zx%22&cat=web&pl=ope...

Re: Simultaneous ZCS 8.6 > 8.8.12 & Ubuntu 14.04LTS to 16.04 to 18.04 Upgrade

If you want a 'clean installation' then my suggestion would be to use the ZeXtras Migration tool to move your original server to a new VM. BTW, ZCS on the version of Ubuntu that you have is still considered beta.

CBpolicyd does not run on port 7780 (and never has done, IIRC), take a look here:https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Ports and here:https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/How-to_for_cbpolicyd
