Re: [ISSUE WITH IMAP SERVICE] - [ZIMBRA 8.8.5]

I wouldn't think that Rspamd is the problem. :) What are the specifications of your server and how many users are online when you encounter this problem, how much RAM do you have? Do all your users use IMAP and which mail clients are they using and is NIO enabled on your server. FWIW, the latest ver...

Re: email message movements

How can I trace email messages has been moved to which folder (INBOX/SENT/JUNK etc)? If there is no such function, how can I script it? You should find the details in the log file, search for "action=move" and it should give you the source and destination directories for each message - I'...

Re: DMARC Report

Do you mean aggregation reports that are sent to you about your domain? If you do then all you need do is modify your DNS records to get the reports sent to you (or one of the free on-line services) for you to check. Many on-line services are available to provide detailed information in human readab...

Re: Various upgrading issues

There's two problems for me in this scenario. The first is that you're using Ubuntu, I'm not a fan of that because of the poor package management system it uses and I prefer CentOS. The second is that, as far as I'm concerned, it's bad practice to upgrade the underlying operating system when you rel...

Re: Failed upgrade from 8.6UBUNTU14 to 8.8.5

Before each upgrade I flush the apt cache and run apt update. indeed the clean command could have helped, if there was a leftover package around. but anyway since the bug is apparently fixed, there should have been a more up to date version on the repository... Are you sure the fix is in 8.8.5? FWI...

Re: Delete account

OK, I can't find how to contact anyone in here... such a big "team" for a bad result... so please, DELETE MY ACCOUNT (which of course I haven't found either in the 'help' pages). Thanks. You basically look for a moderator (in the Members tab at the top of this page) and contact one of tho...

It took eighteen minutes to get it approved, so what's the problem? I don't use ZD so I'm afraid I can't offer any advice, one thing you didn't mention was which operating system you're using.

Re: Issue upgrading from 8.6.0 Community

The one reason I suse CentOS instead of any distro that has apt as a package manager is because of problems like this. :( You might have broken packages in there, take a look at the answer in this thread and see if it helps: https://askubuntu.com/questions/118749/package-system-is-broken-how-to-fix-...
