Re: dkim (bad signature)

What does the output of the following commands show (obviously put your domain name in there)?

Code: Select all

dig +short TXT yourdomain.com @9.9.9.9

dig +short TXT _dmarc.yourdomain.com @9.9.9.9

dig +short TXT dkim._domainkey.yourdomain.com @9.9.9.9

Re: dkim (bad signature)

No, it's not the Split DNS configuration as I sue that myself and have no problems with DKIM, DMARC & spf - although I now use rspamd for my anti-spam I also use it for DKIM signing I used to have it done by ZCS and didn't have any problems then. I mentioned an external DNS server, do you have t...

Re: Upgrade from ubuntu 12.04 to 14 8.7.1

It's never a good idea to do an in-place upgrade of the O/S on any server and I'd suggest you run up a new server with the intended version plus the latest ZCS and do the move with the ZeXtras migration tool.

Re: dkim (bad signature)

As you've given no details that can be verified other than it doesn't work it's impossible top tell what is the exact problem I'll hazard a guess that you don't have a valid DKIM record on a public DNS server.

Re: Zimbra's New Bug & RFE Process And Forum France Follow-Up

More details on the Open Source project will be released separately within the next couple of weeks. Didn't you also make the above statement? It's now over seven weeks since you posted that, is there any update for your 'loyal' open source users or is this just more lack of interest from Synacor i...

Are folders and messages auto-archived?

artis1sysop wrote:How can we get this folder and messages restored?
We're using zimbra.xmission.com mail service
You need to contact your mail service provider about that.

Re: Android Email Setup

Have you tried using a play store app such as K9 to see if you can get that working? Do you have a firewall and are the correct ports open? I'm afraid I don't know much about the android client except that most people seem to have problems with it. :(

Re: Android Email Setup

That depends on the version of ZCS that you're using and you should always post the full output of the following command:

Code: Select all

zmcontrol -v
It would also help if you gave some indication of which 'client' you're using on android, how you're trying to connect and what errors you're seeing.

Re: Users with multidomains

Hello, I am installing a Zimbra server with two domains. I need a user to have an address in each domain, for example: user@example.com, user@mydomian.com. Is it possible to associate an account to both domains and that all the mails enter the same mailbox ?, that is, that the user has all the mail...

Re: Can't receive mails from outside and vice versa

Go to the wiki and read the article on Split DNS, if you already have a DNS server configured you can check the setting by running all the command in the "Verify..." section of that article.
