Zimbra file permissions

Could someone tell me if my zimbra file permissions are correct or point me to a document that tells what they should be. If I cd to my zimbra directory (under OS X, /opt/zimbra) and execute the command (as the zimbra user)zimbra$ ls -lR * | grep denied I get the following list of files/directories ...

Tomcat error messages

Looking around a bit more on this system (I'm new to it) I notice that the zimbra [rocess "clamd" is using about 275% CPU all the time. Also kernal_task

is using about 75% cpu all the time.
Anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

The main zimbra directory is owned by root...

Also inside the directory...
