Thanks for your response.

"That will likely work" does not sound very promising, so I guess I'll wait for the next release...

Ubuntu Upgrade from 12.04 with Zimbra 8.6 with all patches to Ubuntu 14.04

Hi I read that you have to install the exact same zimbra version (for the new os version) after upgrading the os. I'm planning the upgrade from ubuntu 12.04 to 14.04, but I've installed Zimbra 8.6.0 with all the patches (GA 1194). So after upgrading to ubuntu 14.04 the only thing I can install is Zi...

Monitor sessions

I've got exactly the same problem (Zimbra 8.5.0 GA3042 Network Edition, Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS). When when I go "Monitor" -> "Server Statistics" -> "<hostname>" -> "Session", I see a reasonable counts for "Web Client Sessions", "Administrator Se...

Unable to read logger stats

Thanks for the hint, restarting rsyslog fixed the problem of missing stats diagrams in the server statistics section for me, too (Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS, Zimbra 8.5.0 GA 3042). (Although I didn't get error messages like "Unable to read logger stats" as you did...)

zmprov to add contact photos?

Hi allI'm also interested in how to add contact photos with the zimbra command line interface. When I look at a contact with photo (manually added) you just get: zimbra@mail:~$ zmmailbox -z -m some.user@domain.ch gct 412700 Id: 412700 Folder: /Contacts Date: 09/21/12 08:38 Flags: attachment Revis...

zwc search omits most recent mails

Yes, I've tried reindexing. But the indexing procedure completed too fast for my huge mailbox so I checked the logs and found Java Exceptions. The exceptions seem to be thrown when zimbra tries to index attachments. That brought me to forum entries about convertd that might not be running. And i...

zwc search omits most recent mails

Hi allThe problem as described in my last post still persists. In the meantime I've updated to the latest 7.2.0 (patch 2681). The problem exists for all zimbra accounts that have been created before some date in March 2012. My assumption (that only mail from the last 3 weeks is not shown) was no...

zwc search omits most recent mails

Thanks for your suggestions. I've checked the advanced search options (and the advanced search language option you specified). Nothing special was set, so unfortunately the problem is still there. This morning I've applied the 7.1.4 Patch 1, no change.I did some more testing: When I use the a...

zwc search omits most recent mails

Hi allOur zimbra webclient does not list mails written/received during the last two weeks when using the search form. I've tested this issue on several accounts with the same result:- Choose a mail you see in the list of mails - Enter this mail's subject (or part of it) in the search field -...
