[SOLVED] FYI: How I got a GoDaddy SSL certificate installed into Zimbra 7

I'VE INSTALLED AND RE-INSTALLED ZIMBRA 7 AND HAVE FOUND THE CERTIFICATE PAGE A LITTLE FLAKY. I DON'T HAVE A FIX FOR THAT. I SCOURED THE FORUMS HERE, THE WIKI, AND THE SEARCH ENGINES FOR THE RIGHT COMBINATIONS OF FILES, BUT IN FRUSTRATION STEPPED AWAY FROM THE PROBLEM FOR A WHILE. I WAS FINAL...

Packages to Select During OS Install?
Does the Quick Start Installation Guide not answer your question?
Not at all, unless I'm totally blind. (Which heyÂ… I've done that before.) The Quick Start Installation Guide lists additional required packages, but does not list the base set of...

Packages to Select During OS Install?

I just find it surprising that there doesn't appear to be any list of required or recommended packages for installing on RHEL, specifically because RHEL is officially supported. If I bought an official true-blue copy of RHEL, I'd be in the exact same position: When installing RHEL, what pack...

The certificate information is unavailable

I just finished performing a single-host install with split DNS and defaults accepted. When I log into the Zimbra administration page, and switch to Certificates, I see the messages below. Searching Google and the forum search isn't providing clues about what this means, and how to fix it. Ideas...

wiki:split DNS (domain names)
Is "yourdomain.com" the same than "example.com"?
Yes. What we're trying to do is intercept DNS queries for the mail server and return the local IP address (behind the firewall), rather than the address outside of the firewall. This includ...

Packages to Select During OS Install?

I've run 32-bit Zimbra on CentOS (inside a VMware virtual machine) without problems I think since version 3. I've been very pleased with it. I thought that over the weekend I could replace and Exchange server with the latest Zimbra. I'm trying to create a new 64-bit e-mail server with th...

OK, but how to really reduce memory usage?
if you aren't digging into swap ...
This is a long the lines of what went through my mind. What are those memory graphs representing? Are you sure you're measuring what you think are? :eek:If it's just "used" RAM, like represented by...

[SOLVED] Mail bouncing after server move
What do you mean by 'moved', what exactly did you do?
Just that, moved. The VM resided on physical hardware on the west coast, and was moved to physical hardware in the mid-west. IP address &c. changed. It was freaking strange behaviour, but I ...
