Downgrade from Professional to Open Source

Thanks. I'm running 5.0.15 (with the security patch). Unfortunately there isn't an open source edition that I could find in the archives with that version. Do you forsee any significant problems going to 5.0.20 open source?

Downgrade from Professional to Open Source

Does anyone have experience or know the process for downgrading from Professional to Open Source? I know that we'll lose BlackBerry support, iSync support, Mobile Support, and archiving and discovery, but we're migrating to Google Apps for your domain and need to keep our Zimbra running unti...

7-1-09 security patch

I received email apparently from support@zimbra.com indicating that all current versions of Zimbra have a security vulnerability. The email had instructions and a download link for a patch. Problem is, the email was sent through a mailing list company and I can't verify that Zimbra sent it. Seco...

[quote user="mswilson"]I'm happy to report that everything is working nicely with the Palm Prē that I picked up over the weekend! It doesn't seem to see multiple calendars like the iPhone does, but since you can sync Google Calendar and Zimbra at the same time, I don't nee...

Changing ActiveSync Ping Interval

Is there a way to change how often a client checks in via ActiveSync? I realize that I'm talking about the client side, but is there a server setting that tells the client how often to connect or how long to maintain the connection?I've received one complaint about ActiveSync draining the ba...

ZCB and calendar sync failures

We're having problems with calendaring syncing with ZCB Beta 4. I've created a test event in the web interface and even iCal with the same result. This is happening to all our BB users that we have setup (about 5 so far), so no one is able to sync calendars. Address Book and mail are syncing...

Odd error fresh install OS X 10.5.4 intel

What I failed to mention was that this machine is a PPC Xserve running Leopard server; I installed the community build of Zimbra from SourceForge.net: Zimbra Community BuildsWe have the network edition of Zimbra running on an Intel based box (not an Xserve) and it is running quite well; this is for ...

Odd error fresh install OS X 10.5.4 intel

I'm seeing the same issue with the Open Source edition 5.0.14. Any other ideas because the maximum process limit? It looks like LDAP doesn't allow additional connections which hangs all the SMTP connections. I'm seeing this everyday at 1 am.
