I had everything check as well, and it would not work. However when I used the command: zmtlsctlr both, that took care of the issue.After issuing the command I could find no updated changes, but the GAL showed up in BES.P.S 1. It is solved for me. You brought me to exactly where I needed to go.

I still have not been able to get the Outlook Connector for Zimbra to work. I have tried it on two machine now, both with XP Pro Service Pack 3 and Office 2007 Pro service pack 2. Behavior is the same, when Zimbra Profile is chosen, Outlook Fails to start with no error code given.Any help is greatly...

I have not found an issue with paths, however I was not able to locate the dump file in any Sub-directory in the laptop.
